If you would like to engage in effective coaching and feel we would be a good fit, it’s important to establish trust and psychological safety and ensure your expectations are met from the outset. The main focus of our initial 90 minute session will be discovery and agreeing objectives.

This is followed by 60-minute coaching sessions 

Between sessions, you have WhatsApp support for coaching and guidance/resources sent to you, where appropriate.

All sessions are conducted online via zoom.

I don't have minimum numbers of sessions, pace and frequency will be dictated by you but on average, clients will do 4-6 sessions with top-ups thereafter.

The first rule of good messaging is to KNOW THYSELF and so this is a good place to start.

As a sole trader, micro business, SME, Enterprise or Multi National, your brand should clearly deliver a message about you, why you exist and how you do things (your culture). It should try to connect emotionally and motivate potential customers and prospective employees to want to learn more about you. I work with people and organisations to establish clarity and identify how to sell that in a way that attracts dream clients.
